FoxFeed Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between FoxFeed Technologies Ltd. ("FoxFeed", "we", "us", or the "Company") and you, the customer executing or accepting an order or registration form referring to these Terms ("Customer" or "you"). These Terms govern your use of FoxFeed's generative AI-based monitoring and notification platform (the "Platform") accessible via https://foxfeed.ai (the "Website").

By signing up, subscribing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Service Overview

FoxFeed helps users monitor changes on websites of companies they care about. Based on those changes, we generate AI-powered summaries and deliver them in a personalized newsletter (via email or in-app, depending on your plan).

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use FoxFeed. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and agree not to share them with others. You are also responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, Pricing, and Payment

  • Free plan: Track up to 5 companies. Weekly newsletter.
  • Pro plan ($39/month): Unlimited tracking, real-time alerts, and daily newsletter.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, subscriptions, and customer support for payments.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

4. Trial and Beta Services

From time to time, FoxFeed may offer free trials or beta access to new features. These are provided "as-is" without guarantees of reliability or availability. We may discontinue them at any time.

5. License and Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for your internal business or personal use. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Platform.
  • Use it for unlawful purposes.
  • Circumvent usage limitations (e.g., creating multiple free accounts).

6. Customer Data and Privacy

When you use the Platform, you may submit company URLs, notes, or other input ("Customer Data"). You retain all rights to your data. You grant FoxFeed a license to use it solely to operate, improve, and provide the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

FoxFeed retains all rights to the Platform, its branding, code, content, and underlying systems. The summaries generated for you are yours to use, though similar content may be generated for other users due to the nature of generative AI.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use third-party APIs or AI models. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their accuracy or performance.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access will end at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • We detect abuse, fraud, or security risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

FoxFeed is provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or usefulness of the summaries or alerts. You use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FoxFeed harmless from any claims related to:

  • Your use of the Platform.
  • Any data you provide or content you generate using the Platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we'll notify you via the Website or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
